How much is postage and packaging? Postage is charged per order, not per item: Morocco - Delivery is charged at $19.95 per order for postage and packaging. Delivery should normally take 3 - 5 working days, however we ask you to allow up to 10 working days, if your order has not arrived within this time, please email Customer Services: sales@caftan.biz quoting your order number. USA - Price varies with weight, please allow 15 working days for delivery. Rest of the world - Price varies with weight, please allow 15 working days for delivery.
When will my order be posted? We will endeavour to despatch on the same day all orders received before 11:00am GMT local time, Monday to Friday.
How can I pay? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Checkout and PayPal.
When will I pay? Payment will be required at the time of placing your order. If you are buying from outside the US, your credit card will be debited in US dollars and your credit card company will exchange it into your home currency at the time of the transaction. Your bank or credit card company may apply a charge when currency conversion is made. What is your returns policy? All our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 14 days in its original condition for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange.
