Minimum International Shipping costs $19.95 per order. This is our standard price for shipping and covers our costs of postage and packaging Caftan.biz ship all over the world.
We will ship orders out Monday to Friday via Regular Mail and you should receive your order between 3-15 working days (depending on your location.)
Caftan.biz offers a 14 day no quibble returns policy, excluding shipping costs where applicable. This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us in its original condition and exchange it for another item or have your payment refunded to your card. Your bank or credit card company may have applied a charge when currency conversion was made. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for these charges, and in the event of order cancellation, we will not be able to refund any charges. We will only issue refunds up to the total value of the goods within any order placed (plus postage and packing charges where applicable).
